New Horizons Accessible Ministries is a small home church reaching out to the community. Our Senior Pastor, Richard Armstrong, has been in the ministry field for 21 years reaching out to the disabled community as well as the abled bodyed community. The door and road to salvation is open and access to all may come our way.
