New Light Christian Center Church (NLCCC) was founded by Dr. I. V. Hilliard in 1984 with approximately 23 members. Membership currently numbers over 28,000 and is increasing at a rate of 400 to 500 monthly, in five locations. We are respected all across the nation as one of the most dynamic ministries around.
