Additional Info About Our Church
New Manna Baptist Church is an Independent Baptist church in the foothills of North Carolina. The church averages over 700 in the main service on Sunday mornings and hosts several ministries such as a bus ministry, a special citizens ministry (for the mentally handicapped), prison ministry, New Manna Christian School (ages K3-12th grade), Bread From Heaven Bible Bookstore, New Manna Youth Camp (on Lake James in Nebo, NC), and community outreach programs on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, as well as other ministries.
Throughout the year, New Manna Baptist Church hosts several meetings. In the spring the New Manna Youth Rally, held at Ridgecrest Conference Center near Black Mountain (about a twenty minute drive from the church), is attended by over 2,000 people. In October, the church has its Fall Campmeeting. There are also other meetings held throughout the year, such as Missions Conference in January and Married Couples' Retreat in August.
Our church welcomes everyone to attend. On Sunday Mornings, we have a visitor's reception room after the morning service, where you can meet the pastor and ask any questions you may have about the church. We would love to have you visit one Sunday!
