St. Tikhon Orthodox Church is an English speaking mission of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia (ROCOR) Western-rite communities. As such, we are in full communion with the canonical Eastern Orthodox Churches throughout the world while preserving our Western liturgical and cultural heritage. We are under the direct rule of His Eminence, Metropolitan Hilarion, the First Hierarch of the Russian Orthodox Church Outside of Russia, and the Ruling Bishop of the Western Rite congregations and monasteries. We are an approachable, liturgical, traditional church. No new theology; no new morality; no trendy worship. What you will find is the Faith as delivered once and for all time through the Apostles. The ancient Church for a modern world.
