Texoma Messianic Fellowship or TMF as we affectionately call it, is a Yeshua (Jesus) centered, Ruach HaKodesh (Holy Spirit) led extension of the Body of Messiah.
Paul exhorts us in Romans 1:16 - For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. With this understanding, Texoma Messianic Fellowship is met with a distinctive opportunity. The Jewish population in our city is less than 0.02%, but we have a "church on every street corner". So ours is uniquely a hybrid congregation with a God given vision to reach out to those in the mainstream evangelical congregations and train up the body of Messiah in Yeshua and then send them back into their traditional places of worship to share the Treasures that GOD has shown them concerning Israel, God's chosen people and the long lost Heritage that we have in Yeshua through HIS Instruction HIS Torah!
We observe Shabbat and the other Moadim (Appointed Times) found in Leviticus 23. Passover, Unleavened Bread, First Fruits, Shavuot (Feast of Weeks), Rosh Hashanah (Feast of Trumpets), Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) and Sukkot (Feast of Tabernacles). It is these appointed times that are so prophetic and draw us closer to our Messiah!
