The Chapel is a contemporary, non-denominational, casual and kid-friendly Christian church, currently located in 5 locations. We are contemporary - meaning we have done away with organs, hymnals and choir robes and have embraced a worship-style that includes guitars, drums and a relevant use of technology. We are non-denominational - we welcome people from all walks of life and every religious (or no religious) background. We are casual - no suits or dresses required! Feel free to visit us in your jeans, slacks, shorts or whatever makes you feel most at home. We are kid-friendly - in fact, your kids are going to have the time of their lives! No joke! They will be asking to come back! We are Christian - we believe in God, teach from the Bible, and believe that following Jesus Christ provides a way of life that is better than we ever imagined possible. And, we currently have 5 locations - Grayslake, Hawthorn Hills in Libertyville, Mundelein, Barrington Hills and a presence at the Lake County Jail in Waukegan.
