We believe that a person must believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, repent of his sins, be baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and receive the gift of the Holy Ghost evidenced by "speaking with other tongues" as the Spirit gives them utterance (Mark 16:16-17; Acts 2:1-4, 2:38).
