The United Church of Christ (UCC) is a Protestant denomination that was founded by the union of the Evangelical and Reformed Church and the Congregational Christian Churches in 1957. The headquarters for the United Church of Christ is located in Cleveland, OH. Each local congregation is autonomous and responsible for their own way of functioning.
