Additional Info About Our Church
We are a 350 member Presbyterian Church located between the coastal towns of Calabash and Sunset Beach NC (approximately 15 minutes north of North Myrtle Beach SC and 5 minutes north of Little River SC). We are best known by beach visitors for our summer Sunday morning 8 a.m. worship service on the island of Sunset Beach. We invite you to worship with us any Sunday at 8 a.m. or 10 a.m. in our beautiful new sanctuary located on Georgetown Road between Calabash and Sunset Beach. Our 8 a.m. service provides worship opportunities for the early riser and those desiring a more contemporary service. Our 10 a.m. service offers a more formal worship experience.
Mission:
As people of God, we seek to honor and glorify Him; to serve our Lord Jesus Christ as He served others; and to be joyful, living, witnesses for Him through the power of the Holy Spirit. As the Body of Christ, we seek to be a loving, compassionate family; sharing our resources, time and talents as we care for one another in our community and in the world. As His disciples, we invite others to share a commitment to Christ and encourage spiritual growth through the study of Holy Scripture and faithfulness in prayer. We strive to live a faith that makes a difference for Christ and brings peace and healing to all.
