Additional Info About Our Church

Welcome to the Memorial Church of God in Christ, "The Gathering Place". We pray you will be blessed, lifted, and encouraged as you walk with God each and every day. Extended to you, your family and friends is an open invitation to come and worship with us at any time. We all need a place to belong and a place to grow in God. We believe you'll find that Memorial Church of God in Christ is that kind of place. "And it SHALL BE as GOD has Promised" (Numbers 23:19)

Mission:

Our mission is to be a rescue for the lost soul, a hospital for the sin-sick soul, a sanctuary for the wayward soul, a service-center for the broken soul, and a haven of encouragement and lifting for the converted soul. In remembrance of what Christ has done in the lives of His people, the Lord commanded a Memorial (Joshua 4:5-7) that we may never forget His wondrous works.

Vision:

To demonstrate and exemplify what CHRIST called His church to be.

Purpose:

Through witnessing, preaching, teaching, fellowship and service we seek to bring men, women, boys, and girls to the life-saving knowledge and transforming power of Jesus Christ. With the love God has given us to share with others, we strive to impact and meet the holistic needs of our fellow man.
