- Other ministries and programs: AA meets here at RUMC. So do Boy Scouts, Cub Scouts, Girl Scouts, Community Sewing Groups, and sometimes Worthington Community Chorus. We offer many outreach programs, including NNEMAP food pantry, Rahab's Hideaway (ministry for human trafficking), Living Water Mission Trips (provides clean drinking water to South America and Africa), The Refuge (ministry for recovering alcoholics), Habitat for Humanity, and Appalachian Service Project, and Jr High Jackson County Mission Trips. We have a vibrant Kairos Prison Ministry. We offer many small group adult Bible Studies, such as Alpha, Discipleship Essentials, and Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace. We have a 3 star Daycare / Preschool (with pros who stay / no turnover), and the best VBS in Columbus (our best kept secret!). Our choir does a cantata every Christmas, and our new organist is fantastic! Check out RUMC - we have something for everyone!
