Additional Info About Our Church
Our parish welcomes all people to join our community to worship, serve, and grow in our relationship with our Lord, Jesus Christ.
Mission:
As members of God's Faith Community at Santa Catalina Parish, we commit our lives to being the voice, hands, and spirt of Christ, as our way of continuing God's call to love and peace.
Vision:
Together as a parish, we will strengthen our spiritual and personal lives so that we can fully live out our mission as disciples of Christ. Guided by the Redemptorist charism, we are called to follow Christ the Redeemer, proclaiming the message of mercy and plentiful redemption. We seek to build communities where all people can encounter this message, serve the most abandoned, minister to those in need, and allow ourselves to be evangelized by them.
Purpose:
Santa Catalina Parish exists to proclaim the message of mercy and plentiful redemption, inspired by the Redemptorist charism and rooted in the spirituality of St. Alphonsus Liguori. United as one community of faith, we seek to deepen our spiritual and personal lives, follow Christ the Redeemer, and live out our mission as His disciples. Guided by the Eucharist and devotion to Our Mother of Perpetual Help, we strive to build a welcoming and compassionate parish where all people can encounter the transformative love of God, serve the poor and most abandoned, and be evangelized by those we serve. Together, we are called to bring the hope and joy of the Gospel into our daily lives and the world around us.
