Additional Info About Our Church
The Springhill Missionary Baptist Church of N.E. Florida, Inc. was organized in the year of 1871. The Deacons and Trustee Board was organized the same year. Deacon J. H. Anderson was elected Chairman of the Deacon Board, and Deacon H. A. Hill was elected Chairman of the Trustee Board, who served faithfully under the administration of Rev. David Johnson as Pastor. In the year of 1899, Deacon D. D. Powell was elected Chairman of the Deacon Board, while Deacon L. P. Clipper served as Chairman of the Trustee Board, who served faithfully under the administration Rev. J. W. Robinson as Pastor.
Pastor Jackson has served faithfully for Thirty-one years and is still pressing toward the mark, he is the Sixteenth Pastor to serve at Springhill Missionary Baptist Church. Pastor Jackson is committed to biblical truth and biblical priorities. He stands by God's word that states believers are designed by God to gather with each other in local churches. Springhill is proud to say we continued to keep our doors open for those who still wish to gather in the house of the Lord.
