Just as Jesus taught that we are to "love God with all our heart, soul and mind and to love our neighbors as ourselves," we purpose to glorify God in all we do and say and love our neighbors as ourselves, not with just words but in deeds and truth. Jesus said, "greater love has no man than this, that a man would lay down his life for a friend" and in another passage, we are encouraged to lay down our lives also. We are mindful and ready to help others. Our promise and undertaking are not just to love one another, but to make sure we spread the love of God everywhere and to everyone.

The mission of TCI's leadership team (which includes our pastors, elders, associate ministers, deacons and staff) is to to grow this church, and affect our community, city, state, region, nation and the world with the Gospel (Good News) work and sacrifice Of Jesus who is our Christ and Lord, to the glory of God.

The vision of TCI's is to grow a company of believers, who knows and understands their own responsibilities, privileges, and rights afforded us by the death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus, thus help each member to explore their relationship with God and help them to improve those meaningful relationships in their own family life.
