Additional Info About Our Church
The oldest African-American church in Concord, Zion Hill A. M. E. Zion Church began as Zion Chapel in 1859. Zion Wesley Institute, which is now known as Livingstone College and is located in Salisbury, was started in 1879 to provide educational opportunities for church members.
