Our Four Distinctives: (1) Spirit-filled praise and worship, (2) The uncompromised Word of God, (3) Ministering Godâ s love; and, (4) Ministering healing and deliverance.
Mission:
We will train and equip pastors and lay people to go forth and minister to others, a true refuge to those in need; a place where they can be strengthened and healed physically, emotionally and spiritually. We will be a sanctuary for leaders and ministers who will seek and find refuge here. We are a church on the front lines; a prophetic people equipped, bold and firm about what the Spirit is doing in this season. We have a Great Commission focus, passionate spirituality, an empowering servant-leadership, a mobilized lay army with a Gift-oriented evangelistic ministry, authentic and inspiring worship, and loving relationships that bind us in unity as a body. We will raise and equip spiritual fathers and mothers up to heal and disciple others to go out ready to evangelize, prophesy, heal, deliver, and address the everyday issues which deceive spiritually inexperienced Christians and the unsaved. We are church where the uncompromising word of God is taught to impact the kingdom of God in the city, the state and the nation. We are a lighthouse to our community and a beacon in the city.

Purpose:
The City of Refuge Christian Fellowship is a prophetic church attentive to what the Spirit is saying in these last days. Through Spirit-filled praise and worship, we worship the Lord for who He is and what He has done. In love, we teach the Word of God without compromise, which shows who we are to be in Jesus Christ. The City of Refuge is also a place of restoration where inner healing and deliverance are emphasized through personal ministry.
