The Church's major outreach and support program is a monthly Food Pantry. Annually, the Church supports the United Thank Offering, Millennium Goals and it gives monetary donations for international, national and local relief efforts. Our members have also served on building and medical missions in New Orleans, Peru, and Honduras. We provide financial support for the annual children's Christmas Party sponsored by JCFD #4. Additionally, the congregation hosts, if time permits, Lessons and Carols with High Tea to celebrate the Christmas season.
Weekly the Church's meeting room is used by AA, Art Classes, Food and Friends as well as biweekly yoga classes and monthly healing services.
During Advent and Lent when classes are offered after Sunday service, soup and bread is provided. A special luncheon is prepared for Easter, Mother's Day and Father's Day. An annual picnic is held each September. Refreshments are provided following Christmas Eve Mass.
Please join us downstairs after services for coffee and fellowship.
